Synopsis#

It's a contribution reward suggestion to haipi.eth, a community member of DAOSquare community.

Motivation#

As all members know, haipi.eth has been contributing to the DAOSquare community as an active and passionate member. His contribution includes following.

• Crypto Daily.
• Coordinations in Cafeteria.
• Helpings in community.
• Cooperations with external orgs and events.

All contribution to DAOSquare should be recorded and rewarded is part of the culture and principle of DAOSquare community. However, the current recording and rewarding mechanism in the DAOSquare community does not fully align with our goal of being permissionless, trustless, and automated. It will be realized when DKP2.0 live or other tools focus on it. So before that, I think all members have the rights and responsibility to propose a reward for any contributors in DAOSquare community manually. This proposal is a action under this idea.

• 3000 $RICE one-time reward to haipi.eth.
• 10 DKP3 claimable.

Rationale#

It's not numbers calculated from any rule, but rather a subjective estimation. But I don't think it covers haipi.eth's contribution at all. Any feedback and suggestions is welcome!

Risks#

I believe there is no any.

Timeline#

Deploy the DKP3 reward on-chain for haipi.eth and send 3000 $RICE to haipi.eth in execution period.
