Summary:
Distribute 2,500,000 JBX to the 44 Juicebox v1.1 cryptovoxels party attendees.
Motivation:
- Further distribution of JBX mitigates existential risks to Juicebox and the Juicebox ecosystem. The more decentralized JBX is, the more resilient the ecosystem is to individual bad actors or hostile takeovers.
- Further JBX distribution will allow for governance to more closely reflect the views of the Juicebox community at large.
- Rewarding those who participate in Juicebox events, assuming they are generally more involved with Juicebox and its culture.
Risks:
- This proposal will dilute the voting power of JBX holders who did not attend the party.
- JBX going to the right people is paramount to the future of Juicebox. This distribution trusts that v1.1 party attendees are generally invested in the future of Juicebox.

Rationale:
