After a trial period of 1-3 cycles, contributors are encouraged to propose a recurring role for themselves. Recurring payouts should be renewed/updated every 90 days.

Summary:
This proposal aims to renew the payment period for the work I have been developing in managing the translation team, developing and improving the translation system and organizing the system for paying translators.
Risks:
If the management job s not correctly done, it can happen that poorly done translations are approved.
Because of the processes that are always being renewed and changing in search of improvements, the workflow can take longer because there is an adaptation time of the team when big changes occur (such as the adoption of DeWork, for example)

How have you contributed to the DAO?
- Using Notion, I’ve created an autonomous and organized system for managing translation demands among translators where they can pick up tasks, let others know the status of this task and check how much they will be paid for the work done;
- I created an introductory text so that translators know how to use the new system without needing my help;
- I created a system using Sheets to automatically calculate the amounts to be paid to translators in each cycle;
- In the last 6 cycles, I requested the amounts to be paid to the translators and distributed the payments between them;
- I was responsible for updating and maintaining translation demands in the translation system;
- When we implemented Crowdin, I helped the translators to get used to using it and to update in Crowdin the translations that had already been finalized in the previous system;
- I supported the translators by clearing their doubts, answering questions and listening to their opinions in order to always improve our working conditions;
- Management of translators in general.
How do you want to contribute to the DAO going forward**?**
- Adapt the current task process to DeWork; (soon to be proposed in a separate link)
- Continue with the maintenance work of the demands, including the expansion into more language and some adaptations to the payment model that have been discussed with the translator members; (soon to be proposed in a separate link)
- Continue to answer questions and manage the translators;
- Create a system to check the quality of the work of new translators before they join the team (the idea is that new translators work on a piece of text and other translators of the language they plan to translate into evaluate the work done).
What does success look like for someone taking on your role?
Having the translations finished with a high quality rate, keeping the translators motivated and payments on time, and having the processes in constant evolution.
Under what criteria should the community reassess this payout?
If for a prolonged period of time the translators in the community don’t get the appropriate support on my part or I fail to execute the needed payments/management tasks.
