Provide a comprehensive, 1-2 sentence summary of your proposal.

Renew and increase Zom_Bae’s payout to $3000/cycle for continued support to the DAO and be added to the JBX reserve list to receive an equal share of the 25% similar to other contributors.

What role have you played in the community and what have you contributed thus far?

I believe I’ve adequately delivered on my role as outlined in my original proposal here: https://juicebox.notion.site/Recurring-Payout-Pay-for-Project-Management-52c2b123373c44d9b85ae3a796159adf

Other ways I’ve provided value in addition to, are as follows:

  • Adding general support when other mods/ contributors are offline
  • Spend time in all of the channels to help connect people & information (essentially an old school telephone operator. 😝)
  • Taking on the development and onboarding of DeWork and Otterspace Projects which will bring more efficiency to onboarding new members and task management (especially if we move forward with bounties via Dework).
  • Summarize and handoff town hall notes to Zhape to translate for the CN Community (he also sends me the CN summaries to post if Twodamn doesn’t be to it!)
  • Read, edit, provide feedback on contributor blog post, JB docs, and other documents in Notion/ Wiki, discord channel reorg, etc when needed.
  • Making sure JBDAO is a welcoming place, with good vibes, and people who give a shit. I deploy two primary methods. I acknowledge and reward by redistributing/ tipping JBX to folks doing great things. Making sure current contributors are activated and appreciated is key to retaining their effort. Second method is by helping set standards with the rest of the DAO to be thoughtful, transparent, project focused and by brining my own personality to the server.

What role do you plan on playing in the community going forward?

  • Outreach to newcomers and assisting with their onboarding into Juicebox and getting them setup to juice tasks. Ensuring they have the resources and relationships they need to build value with Juicebox
  • Manage tasks in Dework and assist in reviewing feedback from Otterspace (or whatever tooling we end up utilizing).
  • Continued support each focus group with task management by making sure tasks are being completed in timely manner and ensuring it's completed to the best of ones ability
  • Working with contributors to create long and short term plans that are achievable but will also create enough value to be worth creating a task for. Setting targets for said plan to keep people moving forward
  • Help people bring the level of work and clarity of deliverables up to a high standard with a nurturing yet relentless tact. Helping set Juicy standards for the future health of the DAO.
  • Encourage a reasonable work/ life balance. It's important that work gets done, but if I'll also be making sure members are taking care of their mental and physical health- so everyone can provide their best work while still living their best life
  • Bringing and cementing a space for all good and productive !vibes.

How much do you want to earn? What else do you foresee needing from the community for you to do your best work?

$3000 per funding cycle and to be added to the reserve payout list along side the other contributors. I’m here to support and keep all DOA members, new & old, in the loop as best I can; all I ask is for the same in return.

What does success look like for someone taking on your role?

A thriving protocol and sound contributor ecosystem.

Ultimately getting onboarding and task mgmt as autonomous as possible.

Under what criteria might it make sense for the community to reassess this payout allocation to you?

If I no longer show up and things aren’t getting done.
