What justifies this payout reduction?#

Unfortunately, I have had some personal related issues that consumed a lot of my attention over the past two weeks, and will continue for the foreseeable future reducing the amount of time I can dedicate to Juicebox. This makes me reluctant to commit significant time to Juicebox up-front, as I would rather continue contributing to the project when I can.
