What's this payout for?

I want to propose that Juicebox purchase all the gold and black crewnecks for their community members. This would allow JB to reward contributors with something other than funds or in addition too. I (0xstvg) can still handle all the shipping to individual members of the community. The amount above the cost of the crew would cover domestic shipping and the time it takes for each label, getting to the post office, etc.
