Thesis:

To add zhape.eth to the JuiceboxDAO recurring payouts for USD1500 per funding cycle, and add him to the beneficiary list of reserved JBX.

Abstract:

I, zhape, am currently a mod in the JuiceboxDAO Discord server. My proposal trial payout was approved in FC10 (https://snapshot.org/#/jbdao.eth/proposal/0x108ce4086ecbe16641066b11d51055ccaa0898b177a896298a632c0749917b23) and I have been very active in contribution to the community ever since. The reason why I didn’t apply for a recurring payout right after my trial, is that I was not super confident I was worth my price as I just came into the DAO. Now looking back to my days in JuiceboxDAO, I am confident and proud to say that I have done a decent job and will be able to do so in the future.

Motivation:

I have been working as one of the contributors since I joined this community, now I hope I can be included into this team formally, and also my efforts can be compensated.

Risks:

I might not be as responsible as I describe, or I might fail to deliver the job I am supposed to do.

Specification:

Add zhape.eth (0x5706d5aD7A68bf8692bD341234bE44ca7Bf2f654) to the JuiceboxDAO recurring payouts for USD1500 per funding cycle, and add him to the list of beneficiaries of reserved JBX.

The job I am going to do for the JuiceboxDAO:

  1. Keep on being a responsible mod in our Discord server. Help onboarding new members and encourage involvement and contribution of fellow members.
  2. I will help to ensure the English-Chinese translations are of high quality as best as I can. (A few of our current translations are not very satisfying in terms of precision or readability). In the future, I will be more than happy to work as a quality control in this category.
  3. I want to make myself the EN-CN interpreter and/or host in EN-CN bilingual meetings, or in calls between Chinese speaking members and English ones when necessity arises, to try to help patch the language gap and smooth out communications within the community. No extra compensation should be asked for unless the number of this kind of meeting increases dramatically.
  4. Assist in translating or drafting of proposals if needed by our CN members.
  5. As the Town Hall every Wednesday is a window to get most up-to-date info and feel the vibe of our community, I want to compile the details of it every week and share with CN members.
  6. Any other thing I will find in alignment with the interest of Juicebox ecosystem.

Timeline:

Effective in the coming Funding cycle if this proposal is approved.
