What is this payout for?

I propose that the DAO fund the purchase of 1 year of Discord Nitro so that Sage Kellyn can produce artwork for Juicebox that is informed by greater access to the ecosystem of Discord Reacts and Stickers.

Access to Discord Nitro will allow Sage to use Reacts from one server in other servers. I believe this experience will help inform even more great artwork and increase relevant output from JBDAO's partnership with WAGMI.

Payout Amount:

$99.99 USD + any applicable taxes in Sage's state of residence.

What are the cons against this proposal?

This proposal could alternately be made in the WAGMI project, which employs Sage. Some might argue that this is a business expense WAGMI should take as a part of its contracting partnership relationship with JB.
