Title: Partially compensate contributors with JBX to extend treasury runway

Thesis#

For 6 funding cycles, reduce recurring payouts of contributors who opt in, and reward them with the DAO’s reserved JBX. JBX exchange rate used will be 110% of the 2-week moving average ETH-JBX Uniswap exchange rate.

Motivation#

1. Utilize the DAO’s large JBX reserve.
2. Conserve ETH, extending the DAO’s runway.
3. Continue to grant contributors voting power.

Risks#

• Juicebox has long avoided JBX distributions to individuals. This proposal would open up that option, but this may be beneficial given curent market conditions.
• The DAO will utilize reserved JBX at a rate faster than reserved JBX is currently being issued.
• This JBX will not be available for future use.
