Change 0xSTVG payout address from 0xstvg.eth → mcsa.eth

Abstract:#

My idea is that by donating my recurring payout to Marin County Swim Association (MCSA) it limits my tax liability for 2022. It also allows for MCSA to use the funds for public goods around aquatics events and aquatic opportunities. MCSA will now be able to manage and deploy those funds.

Motivation:#

This makes my contributions for Juicebox a donation into a registered 501(c) non-profit organization.

Specification:#

Change the payout address in the next reconfiguration

Rationale:#

It helps with personal tax liability for 0xSTVG while also donating my contributions to a non-profit.

Risks:#

Nothing I can think of.
