What is the goal of this proposal? The goal of this proposal is to allow for Increase Nicholas' recurring Payout and engage him via dao dev inc. to be executed without exceeding the existing funding target configuration.

What changes should be made to the funding target? Increase funding target by $6000 to $50,500.

What changes should be made to the reserved rate? None

What changes should be made to the redemption rate bonding curve?

What changes should be made to the discount rate? None

What changes should be made to the reconfiguration ballot? None

What is the expected short term impact and longer term impact of enacting the changes being proposed? The DAO's burn rate will increase if this proposal is passed.

The DAO's treasury has nevertheless grown substantially in recent weeks. Total lifetime JBDAO contribution volume increased 50% in the past month (from 608 ETH to 913 ETH), and 275% over the past 90 days (from 243 ETH to 913 ETH).

Given the DAO's $3.3 million (813 ETH) treasury balance, at the proposed funding target of $50,500 per two week funding cycle, the DAO can continue operating for 65 Funding Cycles (130 weeks or 2.5 years) with no further contributions.

What potential tradeoffs should we be monitoring over time if the proposal were to be adopted? Burn rate vs treasury growth should be monitored carefully.
