Provide a comprehensive, 1-2 sentence summary of your proposal. Increase Nicholas's recurring payout to $8000 per cycle recurring, change his payout address to 0x428f196c4D754A96642854AC5d9f29a0e6eC707E, and accept dao dev inc.'s Terms of Engagement (ipfs://QmYpYs1uvRQ9thKsk8PVEekSzka6HtZ24SRVx2fzAgc94T).

The services that Nicholas provides the DAO will henceforth be rendered by contractual relationship with dao dev inc., the terms of which are described in the aforementioned Terms of Engagement.

What role have you played in the community and what have you contributed thus far?

As a full time JB contributor, I have worked on several fronts:

- Led rewrite of JBDAO Governance Process.
- Leading Legal Structuring push to protect DAO contributors from personal liability and exploring optimal structure for the DAO itself (if any).
- Creating and documenting improved DAO processes (e.g., publicly shareable Notion, the Wiki, documentation best practices).
- Contributed to several community management reorgs, including two Discord channel reorgs, the invention of the react roles and the #heartbeat channel, and DAO management processes such as sesh events calendar, all in collaboration with Zeugh.
- Led recruiting pushes for Analytics, Social Media and continue to put my public reputation behind sustained recruiting efforts for Dev, Legal, Analytics, and more.
- Increased awareness of JB protocol amongst members of the Web3 community on twitter and in physical meetups (e.g., ArtBlocks Marfa, NFT.NYC, MintMtl).
- Co-wrote NFTMKT specification and v1 implementation with Jango.
- Contributing to NFTMKT UI Library design process, including visual mock-ups.
- Contributing to Notion and Gitbook documentation.
- Hosting & co-hosting partnership and onboarding meetings (video tutorials, guest speakers, large donor relations, partnership conversations, + various video and audio recorded materials).
- Kicked-off process improvement efforts in Social Media and Governance.
- Providing occasional support in the Discord.
- Filling in gaps wherever I see urgent need and attempting to recruit long term contributors to maintain processes and invent their own.
- Constitently present in the DAO and Discord. A reliable contributor.
- Consistently publicly associated my name and reputation with Juicebox. Using reputation to open doors for Juicebox wherever possible and appropriate.

What role do you plan on playing in the community going forward?

  • Finalize and launch NFTMKT v1 to Ethereum mainnet
  • Create legal template for individual contributors to wrap DAO contributions in liability limiting legal structure
  • Help craft DAO's approach to legal clarity and v2 organization structure.
  • Improve operational processes across functional areas.
  • Contribute to Juicebox UX improvements.

How much do you want to earn? What else do you foresee needing from the community for you to do your best work?

$8000 per Funding Cycle with predefined end date.

By Approving and Signing this proposal on Snapshot you are also accepting the Terms of Engagement between dao dev inc., nnnnicholas.com and Juicebox DAO on behalf of Juicebox DAO.

I look forward to continuing to collaborate with the brilliant and good humored active DAO member-contributors. I anticipate especially close collaboration with Jango, Peri, Exekias, and new developers on contract and frontend development, 9Birdy9, Zeugh, Zom_Bae_, and new contributors on governance, contributor workflows, and documentation fronts.

What does success look like for someone taking on your role?

Success in my role means DAO operations will run smoother and in a more decentralized manner despite increasing attention, participation, and onchain activity. Through my actions, the protocol should become more approachable, popular, and useful to the many blockchain actors permissionlessly making use of it.

I believe strongly that Juicebox is positioned to be an important piece of composable infrastructure in the Web3 economy, and I could not be more excited to see this grassroots protocol enable new forms of collective creative action.

Under what criteria might it make sense for the community to reassess this payout allocation to you?

If my participation in active DAO operations declines or I consistently fail to deliver on the above responsibilities, then it will make sense to reassess my payout allocation.
