.1 will go to 0xSTVG.eth to reimburse for gas for setting up the Juicebox. 

.2 ETH was already awarded by Seneca for an open round proposal - https://prop.house/seneca/round-for-rounds/3899

Juicebox will host an open funding round for project creators that use a Juicebox in a Nounish way. There will be 3 winners for each open round receiving 0.3 ETH each. The funds will be sent to their Juicebox after the Juicebox has been created to serve as the first donation towards their project. 

JBX holders will be able to vote on the proposals via prop house https://prop.house/juicebox

Why is this important?

Currently prop house grants are sent to addresses manually. Having Juicebox as a way for prop house creators and receivers to manage their grants could accelerate the use of Juicebox. This is a way to introduce Juicebox into new communities that are hovering around the Nouns ecosystem. During the voting round, I will host a twitter spaces under the https://twitter.com/JuiceboxProps account. Project proposers will be able to pitch their ideas and JBX holders can ask questions.
