Synopsis#

Juicebox.money has recurring infrastructure needs that have been paid our by contributors, this proposal aims to formalize the DAO’s desire to maintain the usage of these services:

• Figma
• Notion

Motivation#

Gives clear direction to the bookkeeper to continue to fund these services

Specification#

Revoke JBP-236

• git book and ghost are no longer in use.

Continue to believe that Notion and Figma should be paid for by the DAO.

Authorize the Bookkeeper to pay for Notion and Figma until FC#47.

Rationale#

Gitbook and Ghost, previously authorized recurring expenditures, are no longer in use. Juicebox may no longer have a desire to pay for the remaining tool, Figma and Notion.

In ten cycles the DAO should revisit this request.

Risks#

The DAO may revoke authorization to use gitbook and ghost even though there are some people still on the team using these tools.

There is still not yet clear consensus on how to best pay for the tools.

Timeline#

This proposal shall be implemented ASAP. It should be reconsidered by FC#45.
