Provide a comprehensive, 1-2 sentence summary of your proposal.
I am proposing to add myself (@9birdy9) to the reserved JBX tokens at 4%.
What responsibilities have you assumed on the community’s behalf thus far?
Thus far, I have been working with the governance team in creating a more efficient and fruitful governance process. Up until last Funding Cycle, I was doing a majority, if not all of the recurring governance tasks. I have also onboarded many members onto the governance team to help with many of the recurring tasks and efficiency. Now that the team has grown considerably, I hope to focus more on the goals and continuous evolution of the governance process.
What responsibilities do you plan on assuming on the community’s behalf going forward?
Going forward, I would like to focus more on the roadmap for the governance process while maintaining a few of the recurring governance tasks.
Proposed Reserved JBX allocation:
I am proposing 4%, but I would like to hear community feedback and expect that this number could change.
What else do you foresee needing from the community for you to best manage this responsibility.
I do not think that the community needs to change anything in specific to help me manage this responsibility. The governance team and the JB community has done a phenomenal job with the recent changes and participation in the governance process.
What does success look like for someone taking on these responsibilities?
Success in governance means constant evolution. In order for JB to continue the success that we have gained, a more decentralized form of governance needs to be implemented.
Under what criteria might it make sense for the community to reassess this reserved token allocation to you?
If I have to take a step back from the JB community, then this allocation should be reassessed and terminated.
