Synopsis

Send the Thirsty Thirsty Tier 1 membership NFTs to Juicebox contributors and community that've been involved with the ThirstyThirsty partnership.

Keep the 19 bottles of collector Pinot Noir that come with the Tier 1 membership NFTs in a JBX cellar to be pulled with one month advance by JBX community for a future IRL event or gathering.

Motivation

We have 19 Tier 1 Membership NFTs that belong to JuiceboxDAO and are completely useless while they just sit like that. The original goal of those was distribution, and it never happened. TT is now implementing governance with 1 vote per NFT held. The NFTs should be distributed to enthusiastic JBX individuals who have or would like to participate more with TT so they can vote and write proposals.

Thirsty Thirsty reconnects JBX folks back to Nature & healing through food & wine experiences. Thirsty Thirsty can become an impactful player in the ReFi & Impact DAO communities while making IRL remediation happen in land sites around the world. TT's IRL locations and experiences can provide IRL respite for the internet beings of JBX for restoration, inspiration, and meaningful relating.

ThirstyThirsty is an awesome community and it's growth in connection to Juicebox ecosystem brings us closer to other interesting projects like Endaoment and SeedClub.

Specification

Out of the 19 NFTs we have I propose the following distribution:

  • 14 NFTs to be distributed one to each of the JB members who were directly involved with the previous proposal on this distribution or directly engaged with Thirsty Thirsty in our partnerships:

Rationale

This proposal rewards the members of JuiceboxDAO who engage with the project Thirsty Thirsty and makes it possible for them to access the full potential of their community. Thirsty Thirsty brings the JB influence further to new creators and creatives at the intersection of hospitality, ecological farming, and web3.

Risks

The receivers might never use it and just drop on secondary. The broader community may never get to taste this wine associated with the NFTs. Governance is new and folks may not participate fully.

Timeline

The proposal should be executed on the execution period of the current GC.
