Thesis
Remove tankbottoms from the JuiceboxDAO multisig and add pmoncada instead.
Motivation
MovementDAO contributors have accused Tankbottoms of fraudulent acts, and he has accused them of fraudulent acts as well. Although we don't have all the details, it's safest to replace him with somebody else until we have more information.
Out of the candidates in JBP-277 - Update Multisig Membership, pmoncada received the most votes (except for those currently on the multisig).
Specification
- Add pmoncada to the multsig.
- Remove tankbottoms from the multisig.
- Keep the threshold and other Safe configurations the same.
Risks
Tankbottoms is quite capable and will probably take offense at this. He also holds ~40m JBX in his main wallet (tankbottoms.eth) and could hold more JBX in other wallets.
