Thesis
Update JuiceboxDAO's reserved token recipients on each of its projects as described below. If ratified, this proposal will supersede previous proposals related to reserved JBX.
Motivation
The DAO's reserved JBX is not accurately being sent to current contributors.
Summary
Continue to reserve 30% for dao.jbx.eth, and evenly split the remainder between current reserved JBX recipients, with the following modifications:
- Add timjl.eth, who is now working with Peel.
- Remove burtula.eth, as she is no longer working with WAGMI studios.
- Remove zom-bae.eth, as she is no longer working with JuiceboxDAO.
- Remove jmill.eth, as he is no longer working with Peel.
- Remove 0xblaz.eth, as he is no longer working with Peel.
- Remove gulan.eth, as he is no longer working with JuiceboxDAO.
- Remove felixander.eth, as he is no longer working with JuiceboxDAO.
Specification
The multisig should queue the next cycle such that 30% of reserved JBX is sent to dao.jbx.eth, and 3.5% of reserved JBX is sent to each of the following addresses:
- 0xstvg.eth
- 0xviraz.eth
- aeolian.eth
- brileigh.eth
- drgorilla.eth
- filipv.eth
- jango.eth
- jb.0xba5ed.eth
- jb.daodevinc.eth
- jigglyjams.eth
- johnnyd.eth
- matthewbrooks.eth
- mieos.eth
- peri.eth
- sagekellyn.eth
- strathmckay.eth
- timjl.eth
- twodam.eth
- wraeth.eth
- zhape.eth
Risks
This proposal follows established patterns, but significantly changing the reserved rate or the distribution of reserved tokens might lead to a more effective outcome.
The DAO will continue to reserve a large chunk of JBX for its own reserves, despite not having successfully utilize most of that JBX thus far.
