Thesis
Extend recurring $9,000 per cycle payout to filipv by 7 funding cycles to fund continued work on documentation, operations, onboarding, bookkeeping, governance, and communications.
Recent Work
Although this list is not comprehensive, some recent highlights:
- Maintaining and improving the documentation, including its recent rebrand, new legal resources, DAO resources, frontend documentation, and much more. For a full account, see GitHub.
- Updated copy and terminology throughout the frontend and docs.
- Created
juice-doc.sh
, a script which generates markdown API documentation (usingforge doc
) and organizes it for Docusaurus. - Created the Contact page.
- Created the Multisig Process.
- Created our current gas reimbursement system, and
juicy-reimburser
, a CLI tool to automatically build reimbursement transactions for Safe or Disperse to make the process more efficient and accurate. - Worked with Jigglyjams to manage ongoing multisig operations.
- Added API docs for the new 3.0.1/3.1 contracts,
juice-721-delegate
, the Delegate Registry, Nicholas' NFT Token Resolver,juice-v3-migration
, and several other contracts and updates. - Ongoing administration and maintenance of the Discord server – set up the new Heartbeat channel (with payments, Twitter mentions, and GitHub activity), the requests channel, and other various updates.
- Created and maintained various analytics dashboards and queries on Dune.
- Manage DAO subscription billing (Figma, Notion, Google Workspace).

Planned Work
Along with continued contributions to the focus areas above, I plan to spend more time helping the groups building on top of Juicebox – Nance and Bananapus in particular, and others as opportunities arise.
I have been working on reward distribution tools for Bananapus, and plan to continue creating tools to facilitate L2 operations.
