Thesis

Extend the recurring payout to filipv at a reduced rate of $8,400 per cycle for 7 funding cycles to fund continued work on documentation, operations, onboarding, bookkeeping, governance, and communications. Send filipv 3m JBX from the multisig.

Recent Work

Although this list is not comprehensive, some recent highlights:

  • Add a Project NFT Settings page to juicebox.money, allowing project creators to customize their project NFT's theme or use a custom token URI resolver.
  • Maintaining and improving the documentation, including its recent rebrand, new legal resources, DAO resources, frontend documentation, and much more. For a full account, see GitHub.
  • Updated copy and terminology throughout the frontend and docs – see these commits: 1 2.
  • Created juice-doc.sh, a script which generates markdown API documentation (using forge doc) and organizes it for Docusaurus. With a recent rewrite, it now re-formats the documents and adds contract addresses and all relevant internal links. Creating API documentation for new repositories used to take days – now it takes ~3 seconds.
  • Created the Contact page.
  • Created the Multisig Process.
  • Created our current gas reimbursement system, and juicy-reimburser, a CLI tool to automatically build reimbursement transactions for Safe or Disperse to make the process more efficient and accurate. It also accounts for transactions to distribute payouts and reserved tokens from a Juicebox project.
  • Worked with Jigglyjams to manage ongoing multisig operations.
  • Added API docs for the new 3.0.1/3.1 contracts, juice-721-delegate, the Delegate Registry, Nicholas' NFT Token Resolver, juice-v3-migration, and many other contracts and updates.
  • Ongoing administration and maintenance of the Discord server – set up the new Heartbeat channel (with payments, Twitter mentions, and GitHub activity), the requests channel, and other updates.
  • Manage permissions and administration of other services – GitHub, Figma, Notion, and so on.
  • Created and maintained various analytics dashboards and queries on Dune.
  • Manage DAO subscription billing (Figma, Notion, Google Workspace).
  • Educational/onboarding activities: Twitter spaces with Fringe Finance, Origami, and ThePASS, as well as onboarding calls and support for project creators of Orb Club DAO, FlipDAO, The Ibn Inglor Project, and several projects that have yet to launch. Additionally, I've helped developers get involved with JuiceboxDAO and Peel – Ethsign, Mensari, GuardianUI, and a Nounish project which is still getting started (see the \#auction channel in Discord).

For more recent work, see my GitHub.

Planned Work

Along with continued contributions to the focus areas above, I plan to spend more time helping the groups building on top of Juicebox – Nance and Bananapus in particular, and others as opportunities arise.

  • I expect to continue facilitating JuiceboxDAO operations and helping with other things as needed.
  • I have been working on tools for Bananapus, and plan to continue creating tools to facilitate L2 operations.
  • I plan to work on a Nounish Bidder project built with Juicebox (see the `#auction channel)
  • I would like to help Nance out with API documentation at some point.
  • I plan to continue contributing to Peel and juicebox.money.

Some of these projects may be funded by their respective organizations at some point, but I have not submitted any proposals to them so far.
