Provide a comprehensive, 1-2 sentence summary of your proposal.
For my first funding cycle as a part of the DAO, I propose a payment of $1,200 USD in exchange for being community support and doing governance tasks.
Namely:
- Being active community support member to answer questions and provide support if needed (mainly in #general-chat, #support, #cn-general), summarize FAQ and feedback to according member if needed (such as dev and design etc.)
- Audit smart contracts in Juicebox (make contact with PeckShield & CertiK and update progress back to community)
- Help Governance team on tasks, lead by 9birdy9 （Currently: make a Chinese translation of Governance Process, notify and translate proposal between Chinese and English which will bring more people to participle in Governance definitely）
- Chinese social media presence
- Participle in translating and reviewing Chinese documentation
What gaps do you see in the DAO's process, and how might you help to fill them?
Gaps:
- Due to time zone and language, not many contributors can provide support during those time.
- Lack of a support member who knows smart contracts and have time to response actively.
What I have done:
- Doing community support start from 2021.11.29, ~13 hours (10AM-1AM UTC+8) online daily and response actively in Discord, answering questions ranging from concept to protocol implementation. (For example: new members has questions about several configuration parameter, what will they effect the project)
- Providing support to Chinese members including answer questions and translate documentation.
- A twitter thread to introduce Juicebox protocol and DAO in Chinese.
- I am a backend developer and have been developing smart contract for 6 months, and I am capable of providing support with accurate answer based on documentation and according codebase.
Details report for being community support these days (in channel & DM):
- New members has questions about the meaning of parameters and how will they affect the project in depth. And why no JBX minted after payment.
- Some people who FOMO into this project keep asking when will JBX stop minting, what I have done for this kind of questions: explain JBX Tokenomics, tell them jango has sent warnings about those who FOMO without DYOR, DAO can only draw funds within funding target, there are already discussion about make some changes to Tokenomics and why it takes 40M JBX to create new proposal on Snapshot.
- Teach some people how to find and verify on chain or on website, such as how to confirm if someone do paid project during a specified time frame, how to get accurate total supply and balance on website compared to on chain (ERC20) and how to find proposals active in current FC (dedicated channel and threads in Discord)
- Provide workaround for project which want to pause contributions, such as set reserve rate to 100% and introduce manual burn. Tell them that our dev team working on contract v1.1 and v2 which will provide pause feature and custom ERC20 support. (It is important that people know we have received feedback and been improving it)
- Provide detail solution based on member's requirement (link: https://discordapp.com/channels/775859454780244028/775859454780244031/916009440740778004)
- Make it clear that Juicebox has no presale, whitelist and vesting on JBX
- Delete scam message, make it clear that Juicebox has no deployment on BSC
- Answer questions about ConstitutionDAO, such as why ether balance not increase after redeem, is it possible to get refund for paying the project after it stop and why can't get same price in Uniswap by redeem PEOPLE on Juicebox
- With the help of Zeugh, pin Chinese version of governance documents on new channel named #治理-governance, and keep updating current proposals in Chinese version with the help of linywan and zhape
What might a starter project be for you?
What I will do:

- Doing governance task lead by 9birdy9
- Bridging dev and audit company, for example: reach out, collect audit report and feedback among dev, community and audit member.
