Specification#

Add aeolian.eth to the JuiceboxDAO multisig, and update the threshold to 6/10.

Motivation#

1. The multisig doesn't currently have any signers from Peel.
2. The multisig currently has 9 signers, meaning we could add another signer and stay at/above a 60% signer threshold while requiring the same number of approvals (6). This could marginally improve the speed at which the multisig executes transactions, which has been an obstacle.
