Synopsis#

Transfer some funds from the JuiceboxDAO multisig to the JuiceboxDAO Juicebox project.

Motivation#

JuiceboxDAO treasury doesn't have enough funds to fulfill currently active proposals.

JuiceboxDAO multisig has 86.344769850299861524 ETH.

At ~current prices (Feb 10 2025):

Payouts remaining: - JBM maintainers payout per cycle = $15,075 - JBM maintainers proposal cycles remaining = 2 - Total payout amount required in JBDAO treasury = $30,150

Required additional funds: - Current treasury balance = $14,200 - Required funds: $14,200 - $30,150 = $15,950 => ~6 ETH - +1 ETH buffer to account for declining ETH value = 7 ETH
