Synopsis#

This proposal is to formalize a new Juicebox DAO Safe multisig at 0x14293560A2dde4fFA136A647b7a2f927b0774AB6 across all blockchains, as well as vote on its members and set ENS records accordingly.

Motivation#

The current Juicebox DAO multisig exists only on mainnet, we need one that works omnichain. The 0x14293560A2dde4fFA136A647b7a2f927b0774AB6 was created and used to deploy the Juicebox V4 protocol, and is set to be the operator of the $NANA project (https://app.revnet.eth.sucks/eth:1).

We will continue using the current multisig as well, there is no need to transfer assets to the new multisig.

Specification#

Ranked choice voting to fill out a 6/9 multisig on both the new and old multisigs. JuiceboxDAO's current multisig should set the omni.dao.jbx.eth subdomain to point to 0x14293560A2dde4fFA136A647b7a2f927b0774AB6. The 0x14293560A2dde4fFA136A647b7a2f927b0774AB6 should set omni.dao.jbx.eth reverse record.

Rationale#

Though we could, there's no reason to change the current multisig or its assets. It's best to keep operations at a minimum.
