Summary:#

The V1.1 terminal contract has been on Rinkeby for a little over a week now. Tests have gone well and I feel ready to move it to mainnet.

This proposal to deploy v1.1 and allow projects to migrate their treasuries from V1 to V1.1.

Risks:#

• Protocol bugs.
• Community support time.
• More code to manage.

What changes are being proposed?#

What is the goal of the changes being proposed?#

Make the protocol safer and more useful.

What is the expected impact of these changes?#

New projects will be made using the V1.1 terminal. Projects using the V1 terminal can migrate to V1.1.

What help might be needed from Juicebox DAO and its members?#

• Community support for migration process.
• Community support for the new features.
• Front end support making sure migrations are easy and safe.
