Synopsis#
Allocate grants to support Creating a Hong Kong-based juicebox Chinese community dedicated to the operation and user growth of Revnets.

Motivation#
We believe in the concept of Retailism, which motivates web3 builders with a garage spirit to create excellent products. The ideas of the builders can be based on the public goods provided by Juicebox, such as Revnets and juicebox, or they can be self-programmed. In other words, whether or not you understand smart contract technology, you can become a web3 builder or even an entrepreneur.
我们相信Retailism这一理念，以车库精神激励web3的建设者，创造出优秀的产品。建设者的想法可以在juicebox提供的Revnets和Bananapus等公共物品基础上，也可以是自行编程，也就是，无论你是否懂得智能合约技术，你都可以成为一个web3的建设者，甚至是企业家。
Launch Garageweb3 project in Hong Kong, with the execution team coming from Ether Origin and Ethereum PoW Academy. The project invited the founder of the Chinese blockchain community Learn Blockchain, TinyXiong, and smart contract expert MasterCui as mentors to provide technical guidance for the Chinese-speaking web3 entrepreneurship community, including but not limited to training and lectures.
在香港发起車庫Web3 项目，执行团队来自ether origin 和 ethereum pow academy，项目邀请华人区块链社区learn blockchain创始人TinyXiong , 智能合约专家 MasterCui作为导师，为华语社区web3创业提供技术指导，包括但不限于培训、讲座。
Specification#
Garageweb3 primarily offers the following three types of support:
1) Organizing workshops to educate young individuals interested in web3 on how to utilize Ethereum infrastructure.
2) Inviting mentors to conduct specialized courses in smart contract programming, both online and offline.
3) Facilitating one-on-one web3 entrepreneurial consultations with reserved mentors.
4) Incubation and curation of CN projects. We might be holding some launchathon, and select the winners by voting in the categories of influence, numbers of members, contribution received, etc.
車庫Web3主要提供以下三种支持：
1，组织workshop,知道对web3感兴趣的年轻人了解如何使用以太坊基础设施；
2，邀请导师开设专门的智能合约编程技术课程（线上或线下）；
3，预约导师提供1V1的web3创业咨询；
4，中文项目的孵化及展示。我们会考虑举办一些项目创建大赛，通过投票的方式在影响力、成员人数及筹款金库等方面选出优胜者。
Garageweb3 operational plan:
1) Announce Garageweb3.
2) Invite the founder of Juicebox to share concepts such as Retailism, including how web3 builders can utilize protocols like Revnets and Bananapus, and have monthly sharing sessions.
3) Establish a web3 young entrepreneur community in the Chinese-speaking region that identifies with the Retailism concept.
运营计划：
1，宣布成立車庫Web3。
2，邀请juicebox的创始人分享Retailism，包括web3建设者如何使用Revnets和Bananapus等协议，每月分享1次。
3，组建华语地区认同Retailism理念的web3青年创业者社群。
Rationale#
The vision is to build the project into a self-sustaining one in the Juicebox ecosystem, instead of always asking for support from JBDAO. So, the main focus will be how to get some revenue and ultimately stand on its own 这个项目的展望是要把自身打造成一个 Juicebox 生态内自给自足的一个项目，不计划长期需要 JBDAO 的支持。因为，主要的关注点在于如何获得一些收入来最终能成形成自力更生的一个项目。
Risks#
There might be poor management. We need to recruit some folks good at those categories along the way. 可能会有管理不善的风险。我们需要在发展的过程中招揽一些精于这些范畴的人。
