Abstract This proposal would make changes to MoonDAO’s Project system and retroactive incentive structure. MoonDAO needs a better system to retain the most impactful members and a mechanism to reward proactive doers for non-project contributions. This proposal will create a new, more objective system of recognizing Core Contributors based on past performance in our quarterly retroactive rewards, asking them to stay involved in MoonDAO governance and allow them to perform tasks or self-start initiatives that would provide benefit and impact to MoonDAO but fall outside the scope of an existing project (either because they are “too small” or more ambitious with an uncertain outcome or unlikely to be successful but offer a high potential impact). We would also open a DAO-wide end of quarter Coordinape for any and all non-project contributions.
