Author: Sarah Sawyer Date: August 20, 2025 Website: www.treasurecorp.io MoonDAO TreasureCorp Dashboard: https://www.treasurecorp.io/dao/tomoondao.eth/treasury
Abstract
Based on successful project in Q2 2025 per MoonDAO gov cycle (see results here), we propose a comprehensive 4-quarter enhancement roadmap for TreasureCorp's MoonDAO integration. This proposal covers Q3 2025 with the two highest-priority features: Multi-Wallet & Cross-Chain Aggregation and Contributor Rewards System (Tableland Integration). This establishes the foundation for Q4 2025-Q2 2026 enhancements including Governance Dashboard improvements, Reporting Dashboard upgrades, and UX/Usability refinements. The Q3 deliverables provide complete treasury visibility across Ethereum and Arbitrum operations while integrating with MoonDAO's contributor management ecosystem.
Disclaimer: This is a non-binding proposal submitted for MoonDAO community review. All details, timelines, features, and terms outlined in this proposal may be amended based on feedback and input from the MoonDAO community during the review process.
Problem
Our Phase 1 Final Report identified that TreasureCorp's existing platform provides 70-80% of MoonDAO's financial analytics needs, but two critical gaps were identified via community feedback:
- Multi-Chain Treasury Fragmentation: MoonDAO operates treasuries across Ethereum ($870K) and Arbitrum ($300K+), requiring unified visibility across all Safe wallets for complete financial oversight and governance decision-making.
- Contributor Rewards Integration: MoonDAO's sophisticated contributor management system using Coordinape for allocation inputs, Tableland for on-chain reward tracking, and Google Sheets for quarterly calculations requires seamless integration to provide comprehensive contributor analytics and historical reward transparency.
Solution
Comprehensive 4-Quarter Enhancement Roadmap
Based on community feedback and feature overview change requests, we propose a structured approach to platform development. This proposal focuses specifically on addressing the critical gaps identified by the MoonDAO community, while the comprehensive roadmap ensures systematic enhancement delivery across all requested features:

ANNEX: Detailed Analysis & Supporting Information
A1. Detailed Feature Specifications & Phase Breakdown
Multi-Wallet & Cross-Chain Aggregation - Detailed Phases
PHASE 1: Scope & User Roles
- Question: How do we group and display different types of wallets in a way that reflects DAO structure?
- Context: MoonDAO manages multiple wallets across purposes (e.g., project vs. exec). Contributors need a clear, role-based view to understand where funds live and how they're grouped.
- Stories:
- Define wallet types (e.g., Executive, Project, Reserve)
- Map MoonDAO Safe wallets on Ethereum and Arbitrum
- Design UX for viewing wallet breakdowns by type
- Effort: Small to Medium complexity
PHASE 2: Cross-Chain Aggregation Engine
- Question: How can we unify wallet data from different chains into a single dashboard?
- Context: DAO treasuries span multiple chains (e.g., Ethereum, Arbitrum). Bringing balances, inflows/outflows, and token data into one view improves financial clarity and decision-making.
- Stories:
- Support querying both Ethereum and Arbitrum Safes (Safe API v2 supports both)
- Create aggregation logic to unify token balances (handle duplicates, sorting, unknown tokens)
- Enable inflow/outflow tracking per wallet + total (transaction fetching and normalization)
- Add total balance + % breakdown across all wallets (displayed at top-level Treasury dashboard)
- Effort: Medium to Large complexity
PHASE 3: Categorization & Filtering
- Question: How do we help users drill down into specific views and insights across wallets?
- Context: Advanced users need to filter and categorize wallet data (e.g., by token, wallet, project). This enables deeper analysis of trends and budget flows across initiatives.
- Stories:
- Add wallet tagging and category system (e.g., Executive vs Project) - could be config file or admin UI
- Support filters by token, wallet, or category - enhance readability and insights
- Effort: Small to Medium complexity
PHASE 4: Visualisation & Usability Layer
- Question: How do we present all this in a way that feels intuitive and visually clear?
- Context: With cross-chain logic in place, the front-end must tie it together—making token flows, wallet types, and breakdowns feel easy to understand without technical knowledge.
- Stories: Implement UI as per design and test end to end with cross chain aggregation engine APIs
- Effort: Large complexity
Contributor Rewards System - Detailed Phases
PHASE 1: Define Scope & UX Design
- Question: How do we present contributor rewards in a meaningful, user-friendly way?
- Context: DAO members want to verify who was paid, how much, and for which project. Needs to be easy to understand.
- Stories:
- Define contributor rewards dashboard scope (capture user goals and layout needs from feedback sessions)
- UX design for rewards dashboard tab (layout for tables, filters, Sankey, summary bar)
- Implement tab and component structure (routing, tab shell, UI component placeholders)
- Effort: Small to Medium complexity
PHASE 2: Connect to Data (Tableland + Sources)
- Question: Where is this data coming from and how do we get it?
- Context: Tableland is the main source, but some rewards exist in spreadsheets or IPFS blobs.
- Stories:
- Discover and document reward tables on Tableland (explore Tableland Studio and record schemas)
- Build backend Tableland query adapter (pagination, retries, SQL interface)
- Parse Tableland reward rows into usable model (map rows to contributor/project/cycle structure)
- Display earnings by contributor/project/quarter (primary view with group-by logic)
- Add contributor/project filters (basic filter dropdowns)
- Support filtering by cycle (e.g. Q1 2025) - add cycle param to queries and views
- Add glossary/tooltips for 'earned' vs 'paid' (UI only)
- Effort: Medium to High complexity
PHASE 3: Visualisation & Usability Layer
- Question: How do we make this readable and useful?
- Context: Users want high-level trends and visual insights into fairness and reward spread.
- Stories:
- Visualise rewarded vs received amounts (compare 'promised' reward with actual payouts)
- Build Sankey diagram or heatmap view (contributor → project → reward flow)
- Add summary widgets (top earners, total distributed) - dashboard KPIs
- Effort: Medium to Large complexity
PHASE 4: Extended Sources & Data Cleansing (Future phases post-Q3 2025)
- Question: How do we ensure coverage and accuracy over time?
- Context: Some rewards exist outside Tableland; contributors may appear under different names across cycles.
- Stories:
- Ingest reward data from IPFS if present (IPFS fetch + JSON parse and ingest)
- Import and clean historical Google Sheets (one-time import; clean & map columns)
- Normalize contributor/project names across all sources (alias resolution, fuzzy matching)
- (Optional) Add contributor profile page (view all contributions + rewards per address)
- Effort: Medium to Large complexity
