Hi everyone, through Blue Origin's legal team we have successfully crafted a novation contract to transfer the Blue Origin contract from Kori Rogers to a Macau entity owned 50% by Bay0 and 50% by Barney0- trusted core members of MoonDAO who Pablo and Kori know personally. Using this legal entity to conduct our sweepstakes will provide maximum legal security to MoonDAO and its key contributors instead of assigning the full responsibility and liability on Kori. We have Bay0 and Barney0 full passport information and address (also Pablo lives right next to them) so this process is as operationally and legally secure as we could do within reason. Attached are the full details of the Macau entity we have done the deal with. The novation of the contract was supported and voted on in MDP-5.
