Adopt a MoonDAO Flag Design

This proposal is to vote which of the top 3 flag designs that were submitted on Dework we should adopt as an official MoonDAO flag. The winning flag will eventually be listed on the MoonDAO store and will be available for physical purchase by community members. Please view the candidate designs below.

Some additional detail on the design:

The overall design is inspired by Apollo 11’s View of Moon Limb with Earth on the Horizon.
- Curved region at the bottom represents the moon in sunrise.
  - MoonDAO governs the moon, with its day just now arriving. gm
- Partially illuminated sphere at the top represents Earth, viewed from lunar orbit.
  - Humans come from Earth. We look to our history and origin to understand ourselves in order to make a better future for our descendants.
- Circle at the top is our sun.
  - The sun emits the light that sustains all life in the solar system.
  - It is our guiding star.
The moon itself is shown in three shades.
- The “color” of the moon in RGB coordinates depends on how you think about color and which measurement you choose. Here, the colors here are calculated (standard illuminant E490 / the source of light from the Sun in the absence of the atmosphere) https://habr.com/en/post/479264/

  - Paper signifies governance, the law, history, science, and a “blank page” that represents new beginnings.
- Average color of the moon as illuminated by a standard white light as measured by LRO (sun angle between 0 and 30 deg) - rgb(100,85,72)
  - The latest and most accurate measurement of the moon’s color, as illuminated by a standard instrument (not the sun).
  - Signifies science and understanding of the moon, and the “true” moon.
- Average color of the moon as illuminated by the sun as measured by Shevchenko - rgb(101,85,73)
  - What used to be the most accurate analytical measurement of the moon’s color as observed by human eyes.
  - Signifies the journey and progression of science, and cooperation of many humans over decades and centuries, and the moon “as humans see it”.
- The background is “black” like outer space. The color here is a color named “outer space” - rgb(65,74,76)
Earth is shown in crescent. The color used to represent earth is the average color of the earth as depicted in the Blue Marble image. - rgb(177,191,206)
