Abstract
Up to five members will be supported to attend DAODenver to increase MoonDAO’s awareness in the Ethereum community, with a $3,000 sponsorship to DAODenver.
Problem Statement / Context
To increase MoonDAO’s awareness in the Ethereum community and establish itself as a legitimate, pioneering, and thoughtful community aligning space enthusiasts from all over the world on a common mission of decentralizing access to space.
DAODenver is the largest ETHDenver side event focused exclusively on DAOs, and hosted by DAOPlanet. MoonDAO supported DAODenver last year for $25,000. They have invited us again to be sponsors, and given the bear market we have decreased our sponsorship to $3,000.
Specification
We will provide a $1,000 stipend for up to five MoonDAO members based on seniority. Seniority defined as Astronaut > Guild Steward = Rocketeer > Moonsettler > Member. With tiebreaks based on when people joined the community. Please confirm your attendance with Pablo by February 14th.
We will also add $1,000 for each speaker at the event. The two speakers at this event will be Pablo and Justin.
We will also budget up to $1,000 for materials to hand out and other flexible spending or contingencies.
Pablo will be doing a fireside talk at DAODenver with Eric Mack (based on Eric’s availability, otherwise an alternative acceptable host will be selected), and we will also be on various panel discussions. We will also have a Table at DAODenver where we can hand out promotional materials, and we are working at incorporating a showcase, along with StudioDAO, to highlight and help fundraise for the “Ticket to Space” documentary.
