Synopsis#

I, Bruxa, request to have 313,200 TT Token distributed to me retroactively for my contributions to Thirsty Thirsty since entering Web 3.0, determined as the application/start of Seed Club’s Cohort 4 (January 2022).

Motivation#

Despite the TT token currently not have any true value as currency, if TT were to raise funds or grow the customer base my contributions need to be reflected in the language of its treasury, aka our TT token.

We are transferring the DAO to a fully on chain governance system to be a fully transparent and autonomous DAO. Contribution and participation should be determined by our TT Token as it is tethered to our Juicebox Treasury.

The TT token give access to governance, and therefore leverage in the community based on contribution to the community.

Here is a record of my labor spent contributing since January 20, 2022.

I arrived at the token amount by multiplying the work hours spent by my current hourly rate for long term, Friends & Family consulting at $81/hr.

I then converted the USD to ETH based on current pricing and then multiplied this by the current issuance rate of the TT treasury, 5000 tokens per ETH paid.

• Sum of Labor 103,167$ = 62.64 ETH at current rate (9.7.23).
• Current issuance rate of the treasury, 5,000 tokens per ETH paid = 313,200 TT.

Additionally, this proposal sets up the process of converting folks with S0 NFTs into airdropped TT Token at the current issuance rate to bring us fully on chain and truly autonomous.

Friends & Family NFTs will need to have a determine amount of “worth” or token equivalent and we will then airdrop those token accordingly.

Individuals who desire, (I wholly encourage all major contributors to do so) may submit their own proposal in this style to request additional token for their work retroactively within a pre-determined time span.

The the Season 1 NFT already grants tokens designating S1 contributors and will give governance rights when we convert the current NFT holders to token.

Specification#

313,200 TT will be airdrop through the Juicebox app in the Gnosis Multisig to garrafada.eth.

Rationale#

Airdrop tokens as the contributor should not have to add funds to the ETH to receive token.

Risks#

I recognize the DAO never asked me to do many of these things.

Retroactive requests set a precarious precedent.

TT tokens don’t have any true currency value.

Other contributors may not go forward and catalog their contribution for token.

Timeline#

The token should be distributed before the end of the submitted funding cycle.
