Synopsis

Adds three community leaders ethereum addresses to the Thirsty Thirsty Gnosis multisig and updates the signer thresthold back up to 2.

Motivation

Currently we only have launch team addresses from Season 0 as signers in the multisig. Four of which have taken more advisory roles and are less present for day to day growth in Season 1. @cowtools @daynaaaaaa and @erickamabrie should be added to the multisig as signers. They've exemplified a dedication to the Thirsty Thirsty vision, presence in its growth, and enthusiasm to the DAO's future.

Also needing to up the signer threshold back up for security and concensus.

Specification

Multisig sends the transactions to add the addresses of @cowtools @daynaaaaaa and @erickamabrie and then a transaction to update the signer threshold in the safe.

Rationale

This is how our Gnosis multisig works.

Risks

Added members may become less present. Any two people of new additions can run away with the treasury. A coup!

Timeline

The additions will be made within 4 days after approval of the SnapChat final vote.
